Emma has been an occupational therapist since 1994. She has specialized in the areas of chronic pain management, vocational rehabilitation, return to work planning and ergonomics. With the growth of musculoskeletal injuries, she has focused her efforts in the education and prevention of injuries in the office environment. To keep up with this growing field, she has attended local and international conferences in the study of ergonomics, presented at employer sponsored education sessions and special interest groups and appeared as a subject expert on CTV news. She is currently in the process of applying as a mature candidate for certification as a professional ergonomist.
